Leather Love
26 October 2011
I'm in love with Alice's leather jacket which is surprisingly from ASOS, as well as those gorgeous boots! The outfit looks awesome and she's accessorised it so well with her darling gorgeous pooch, we're going to have to find him a leather jacket now!

Fendi RCA Collaboration
23 October 2011
Fendi collaborated with students from the RCA to create innovative window displays and temporary in-store designs to celebrate the opening of its Sloane Street store. Rather than commissioning well known artists the Italian fashion house requested the works of lesser-known, and rather more local talent: students from the Royal College of Art's Design Products course, who have been given a very open brief by the to do something 'spectacular'!
This was amazing and shown for a limited time only!
The Fashionable Plant Wall
19 October 2011
I
can't quite believe it's taken me until now to stumble into the
Anthropologie on Regents Street. I was amazed by the high level of store
design which has gone into creating the London flagship store. This
included an entire wall of living plants, which weirdly enough,
enlightened the mood of the store making it a breath of fresh air to
shop within.
This
200 sq.m living wall, contain 14 different types of plant and contrasts
beautifully with the heavily industrial looking staircase. The wall was
conceived as a whimsical vision of plaid fabric and creates a dynamic
connection among three levels, it is also sustainable and kept alive by
rain water drained down from the roof of the building!
The New Office Attire

Dressing Room Antics
14 October 2011
So I was going into the Burberry Knightsbridge store for strictly work purposes and of course got completely side tracked….. thank god I left my wallet in the office!
These two pieces are from the AW11 Prorsum collection, wool and fox fur. The white one I have always adored, the fox fur is woven into the chunky knit.. a must have for our forecasted snowy winter!

Modern Military by Burberry
13 October 2011
I am in love with this outfit, dressed head to toe in Burberry from AW10 London collection, Sarah works this modern take on the military look so well. Her shoes are also from AW10 and are to die for, blue python, super high and super fabulous! The black version of these are still in store today.
Rock & Raj
9 October 2011
On Thursday Kensington Roof Gardens opened it's doors to guests dressed in Indian and leather, for the annual charity fund raising event Take Heart. The mixes of traditional Indian fabrics with rock and roll leather made the event an extremely stylish affair.
Sadly I left my camera at home as it didn't really go with the outfit! But I took some piccys before I left, I wore a fabulous Burberry leather gilet, Brit collection, bright yellow croquet top, little black denim shorts and these awesome Topshop tights with hearts and arrows all over them! finished off with as much jewellery as I could find!
Rock and Roll Indian style!!

Moo Piyasombatkul, a fellow Central St Martins jewellery design graduate has recently launched her debut eyewear collection. Inspired by the fragility and beauty of porcelain tea sets, she combines sartorial direction with light hearted humour to create these unique one of a kind pieces. Stores such as Browns have already bought into her eyewear brand.

Nanoblur Beauty Launch at The Box
5 October 2011
Last night I went my first beauty launch, held at the renowned and riskay club in Soho ‘ The Box’, admittedly walking into this venue at 6.30pm was one of the most surreal experiences.
As we sat there highly sceptical watching the demonstration by a man dressed in leather trousers and uncannily resembling George Michael, "10 years younger in 40 seconds" ..really?!? After 10 minutes and smothering it on the back of one of our hands we were converted and impressed. Skin much softer and clearer.. and not being oil based, suitable for all ages and skin types. Which leads me to think.. why are they marketing this as an anti-aging cream, shouldn’t it be for all ages as an ‘airbrush in a tube’.
The cream is called Nanoblur and is set to launch in Boots soon. Surprisingly it’s price point is affordable at £19.99, definitely worth a try!
The night itself was filled with divine cocktails which slipped down all too easily and performances from The Box. Photographs are strictly prohibited but I managed to sneak a few shoots in before I was told off by the bouncer! The last image is the gorgeous YSL ring that caught my StyleStalker eye within seconds!!
Fashion's Best Kept Secret Until Now..
4 October 2011
One of my favourite looks is skinny or cropped trousers, with a casual top and brought together with a tailored jacket, this classic look I have never put much thought into where it originates or who designs it until recently. The answer Isabel Marant. Ever thought of why shops are filled with pointy toed stilettos? Isabel Marant. The explanation for editors, usually dressed to nines, sitting on the front row in casual grey marl sweatshirts? Yep that's Marant too!
Holli Rogers, buying director of Net-a-Porter says "Her designs are so easy to wear. I love the laid back, bohemian glamour that underwrites all of her collections. If you own one of her signature pieces you feel like part of that gang of models, editors and style-setters who have perfected the art of looking cool with minimal effort."
Looking forward to Marant's debut store in London, opening July next year.
Eyewear To Die For..
2 October 2011
If we could convince the world that it was a necessity to wear
sunglasses all year round, even when it is raining (so the rain doesn’t go in our eyes of
course) then these would be the only glasses to wear! They are utterly
divine and definitely worth a double
take…
The designer of these unique creations is Anna-Karin Karlsson, this name is one to remember. The Swedish designer's fascination with eyewear started at a young age when her mother would return from Florida head to toe in 80s glamour, but it wasn't until she tried on a pair of Christian Roth sunglasses that this fascination developed into a true passion.
As one fashion editor recently said: "I love them, I love them and I won't return them"
